Teaching : The biggest success I have achieved is that the students have
appreciated my teaching
Research: We have devolpoed a low cost Chemical Vapour deposition(CVD)
Technique for the decomposition of SnO2 thin films of high quality .Films
having very good conductivity and Transmission and excellent crystalinity
have been obtained .this work has been accepted for publication in materials
letters.
Single phase thin films of CuInS2 and CdS have been grown by having optoelectronic
and Non-linear applications is being grown in our lab by Electrodeposition
.Single phase CuinSe2 thin films have been obtained in aqueous electromechanical
bath.containing using Acetonitrile as a complexing agent .
During the last five years one student of mine has been awarded the Ph.D
degree ,and four student are working under my guidance for Ph.D .I have
just completed one DST sponsored Research Project on the Electrodeposition
of CuInSe2 thin films.
