Teaching and Research Disciplines : Microwave solid state devices plasma polymerization, surface waves in plasma.
Short Summary of Teaching and Research accomplished during last 5 years in about 100 words :
I am taking class (Theory, Practical and Project) of M.Sc. Physics and Electronics students, I am also guiding M.Sc. Electronics students for their projects.
I have started research work in plasma polymerization in 1990. I received one project from DST under (SET) program on "Development of Plasma Reactor for the deposition of conduction and insulating organic polymer film". This project was successively completed conduction and insulating organic polymer film". This project was successively completed and the finding of the work were reported in various conference.
In 1997 I attended one international conference on High pressure science and Technology at Doshisha University Kyoto, Japan and presented one paper on structural studies of plasma polymerized polyacety lene films.
Recently (June 2001) I have submitted one project to AICTE for funding.
I have guided three students for Ph.D. and 7 students for M. Phil degree.
I have published papers in international journals of repute (IEEE) and in national journals.

Short summary of other experience (in about 100 words) :
I have delivered a series of lectures at the UGC refresher courses at various academic staff colleges like Jabalpur, Aurangabad and Shimla.
I was also member of selection committee at Dr. B.M. Univ. Aurangabad.
I am also member of board of studies at Swami Ramteerth Univ. Nanded and R.D. Univ. Jabalpur.
