Short Summary of Teaching and Research accomplished:

An advanced course of Ecology was introduced with a specialisation at

postgraduate level in Agroecosystem. The ecology course was split into two

Components Autecology and Synecology. This course was spread over two

Semesters to give a better understanding of ecology to the students.

A course on computer application and Plant Breeding was modified and

brought upto the mark for the post graduate students. Ecological perspectives of agriculture are being analyzed specially. The energy flow, nutrient cycling etc. Also a view on " Pesticide Free agriculture Technology." Is in the pipeline.
