Laser Physics Condensed Matter Physics, Electronics and material science Short Summary of teaching and research accomplished during last years : Started teaching to undergraduates classes in Govt College 1976.The subjects taught were physics (all subjects).In 1985 ,I joined in university and started teaching postgraduate classes .I have guided 04 students for their M.Phil degree in Physics as well as 04 for Ph.D work.I have delivered lectures in various refresher courses in various universities and colleges. Completed Ph.D Thesis on “Etching Mechanism” in 1982 and started supervising the Ph.D students in 1986.The main area of research is crystal growth and their Characterization .Till Today four students have been awarded Ph.D degree under my supervision .Three are enrolled and working for their Ph.D degree .In addition ot this one has applied for Ph.D registration.
