Short Summary of Teaching and Research accomplished:

Teaching: Teaching Psychology in M.Sc 1st semester, palynology in 2nd semester, plant taxonomy in third semester, Ethnobotany in fourth semester and aerobiology to M.Phil. Classes. All modern tools and techniques are being used in teaching. Teaching matter is updated by consulting research journals, Latest books and through Internet.

Research: Plant Biodiversity of Various regions of Madhya pradesh was explored alongwith studying its relationship with local people and factors responsible for depletion. Approximately 900 species have been collected till date. Conservation methods are also applied for the propagation of rare and threatened species Aerobiological studies to find out the presence of airborne biocomponents at and around Gwalior have also been made. Indoor and Outdoor calendars of different months and seasons of Biocomponents have also been prepared.
